Shipping & Delivery Policy:
At Fire Cart, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service and support. If your shipping address is within Southern or Central California, local delivery is free. Otherwise, we will contact you to arrange custom shipping due to the size and weight of the cart.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier-related issues. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide you with an updated delivery estimate.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping for our Fire Cart and Fire Water Pump Cart products.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement product as soon as possible.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during the installation or use of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is installed and used correctly in accordance with our product guidelines and instructions.
Returns and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your Fire Cart or Fire Water Pump Cart product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to arrange a return and provide you with a full refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
